SHIPPING POLICY

For your convenience, local customers can order online and schedule to pick up orders from our boutique. Just choose "boutique pickup" as your shipping method on the checkout screen. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

For our online customers, we ship 99% of our orders within 2 business days. All orders are sent through Priority Mail via the US Postal Service. Our shipping rates are very reasonable, most orders ship for $6.50 or less. FREE SHIPPING for orders $75.00 or more!

RETURN POLICY

Nyenzo, LLC wants to ensure that our customers are pleased. If anything is wrong with your order, please e-mail us at orders@nyenzo.com, so that we may take care of it immediately. Please include your name, e-mail address, order number and a description of the issue.

Please note, due to the nature of the products that we provide and to maintain product integrity, we are unable to accept returns or grant exchanges-NO EXCEPTIONS!
